Resort Accommodations

Though each resort offers its own luxurious charms, you can expect each suite to feature a marble bathroom and bedroom with one king-size or two twin-size beds. Air-conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, and drinking water complete the comfy accommodations. Aside from the dazzling beach, each resort features lush gardens and exotic flora reflective of its natural surroundings.

NOTES: 

For those who select Riviera Maya or Nuevo Vallarta, there will be a $75.00 USD resort fee, per reservation, payable to the resort upon check out. As part of the resort fee, you will be provided one-way transportation from the airport to the resort, daily maid service, turn down service, local phone calls, welcome cocktail and daily newspaper. 

 

 

 

  • Upon purchase of the Resort Vacation Voucher, you will receive  your Voucher Brochure in the mail within 7-10 business days.
  • You will be provided with the Voucher Code and the website address where, upon activating your voucher, you will be able to choose the location and resort and book your Resort Stay online or
  • You will also be provided with a Concierge Service phone number and get personalized and immediate assistance with planning and booking your trip (recommended).
  • Reservations should be booked at least 14 days in advance.
  • Cancellations of reservations 31 days or more are allowed, but will be subject to a $99 rebooking fee.
  • Cancellations of reservations less than 30 days prior to check in cannot be accommodated and rebooking your vacation will not be allowed.
  • The Voucher should be redeemed within 10 months. All reservations and confirmations are subject to space availability. Consult the back of your access card for expiration date
  • Guests are responsible for any and all related costs, including but not limited to: transportation, food, incidentals and any other incurred costs, while on vacation.
  • Travel Insurance is highly recommended.
